- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on an hourly basis, not by project. We do give an approximate time frame for the project to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each project is different but every project start is the same, by listening to you and your needs. My typical process is to look at the area(s) needing to be organized and listen to your vision of what you would like to see at the end. Then I can let you know the steps we can take to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from ASU in 2003. I have 15 years of experience in retail management prior to starting Shaina, LLC. I have set up countless visual displays, organized stockrooms, opened multiple stores, and trained hundreds of management and sales staff. My time management skills, planning, and ability to be patient while listening and understanding others makes me the perfect person to help you with your organizational project.
