- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-home organizing/decluttering sessions are booked in 2-hour time blocks at $60/hr. Online paper organizing workshops start at $30 for a 90-min. session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We'll discuss what's currently working and not working for you in your home storage space or paperwork system. 2. During our hands-on decluttering and organizing session(s), you and I will work together. I do the physical work. You decide which items stay or go. Each session includes FREE REMOVAL of one carload of items to be donated to the Salvation Army or Goodwill. For larger items (such as furniture) that need to be removed, I can recommend local hauling services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paper Solution Certified Organizer with Organize 365; Level 1 certificate with ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization); Professional Member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals).
