The team was very efficient and took great photos of their work which made us very confident that we chose Koala to fix our insulation problems. It’s been a couple of months since they did the work and our electric bills have definitely gone down as a result of now good insulation. They were also friendly and easy to work with. I recommend this team.

I highly recommend Koala for your insulation needs! They came out quickly to give their recommendations and are truly an honest company. Rather than just trying to upsell products, they let me know that adding insulation wouldn't necessarily solve the problem I was looking to solve based on my roofline. While I didn't need their services this time, I will for sure recommend them to my friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future! High quality company!

I had a great experience with Koala Insulation of East Valley. Bill, who handled the estimate, was friendly and informative without any pressure. The installation team was professional, left everything spotless, and explained what they would be doing clearly. Since the insulation was added, my A/C runs 4-5 hours less daily, and my home is much quieter. Overall, Koala Insulation delivered excellent service, and I’ve already recommended them to a coworker. Highly recommended!
