Hello My name is Alissa Webb and I started up my own small independent cleaning business in beginning of 2021, Lissy Loo’s cleaning. I’ve been professionally cleaning for 5 years but cleaning all together for 7. I always make sure my customers are happy and everything gets done that they need. With COVID-19, I make sure to sanitize everything and be cautious and careful. I offer Standard cleans, top to bottoms- Deep cleans, Move outs & Move ins, & some home organizing! I love what I do and my main focus is making sure my customers are happy with what’s getting done. I pay attention to detail & make sure things are neat and back in place. I offer services for residential areas.

Lisa’s and Stacy worked miracles on my apartment! I went from having junk all over the place and nasty floors to having clean surfaces, organized kitchen and bathroom, and a dust-free environment. They did all of this with impressively positive vibes. I knew that it would take more than $250 to get my place spruced up, and we agreed to a price that worked for both of us. If I do hire out semi-weekly cleaning, I will choose Lissa. No need to think of anyone else. Outstanding work!

What a great job. They showed up I explained what I wanted one time and things came out better than I could have expected. I wanted the house clean for when my wife came home from a trip and she was blown away and so happy. Hands down one of the best cleaning services I've ever used.

Alissa was hands down the best cleaning experience I've ever had. The work was phenomenal and she was so nice I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She did a moveout clean for me and the place looked exactly how I entered it. I would reccomend her over and over.

1. Ask square footage of the property. 2. Estimate a price on the property. 3. Call/text and talk about details and what’s provided in the cleaning services. 4. Get you scheduled in for the services that fit your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self education on what type of material and cleaner to be used on certain flooring, furniture, and tile and grout in bathroom showers/tubs, etc. I always want to make sure to use the correct products on clients items.
