- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i have a flat rate of $100 to show up on site and do any work that takes up to an hour. depending on the work that takes more then 1-2 hours i will be charging $50-$80 every hour on top of the first 1-2 depending on what type of work it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Show up to the site, greet them and introduce myself, have them show me what they need done and let them know what they need done and where im going to go to get the materials, give them a receipt of how much everything costs so they know exactly what to add on top of my total. then i let them know how im going to get it done, give them a estimated time frame, then get started on the job.

I've been a maintenance tech for over 2 years now. working on multiple different properties across the valley.
