- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep things simple. We have one DJ package that essentially includes everything the average event and/or party needs. Sometimes events are larger and require more audio equipment... talk to us for events that include more than 150 people or for very large spaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - DISCOVERY: We meet over the phone and/or video call for a "Discovery Meeting". This allows us to gather all pertinent details about your event to ensure we meet your needs. 2 - DEPOSIT: We then send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to hold the date on our booking calendar. 3 - EVENT BOOKING FORM: We then send a form to officially gather all event details such as venue address, contact phone numbers, bride/groom names, first dance song, list of "must-play" songs, list of "play if you have time songs", etc. 4 - FINAL WEEK BEFORE EVENT: Final payment is made for the event. 5 - EVENT DAY: We typically arrive 2 hours before our scheduled start time
