Bryant was absolutely stellar in getting my 10 year old workhorse of a printer working again. I had a SSL issue that no one wanted to deal with, and online help was impossible for a non-techie to understand. When I decided to try Thumbtack, Bryant reached out to me immediately. He did not let my inability to help (primarily with my passwords) keep him from resolving the issue I had, and stayed with it and got my printer working.
