- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is the price, discounts are based on volume, extra fees depending on distance. We usually charge a 10% service fee. Tips are always optional but not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply talk to better understand what you are looking for and offer the possible option for your unique event. We charge a deposit to fully book the dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Hotel Management so food and beverage comes easy to me.
