Kile at Apex Turf really goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy! We are absolutely thrilled with the artificial grass we had installed in our backyard. The whole install team were friendly and worked efficient;y to get everything done in one day. We have had questions about our turf, and Kile is always there to answer them all! I’m going to save you quite a bit of time right now. I had five different companies come in and give me an estimate of the work I needed done. Apex came in with the lowest rate and the best customer reviews. It was a pleasurable experience from my first contact with Kile. When he came to my house for the estimate, everything was detailed, he answered every one of my questions in the way that I could understand it. He excepted every call that I had made to him and answered every text that I sent him since I knew nothing about this Turf and I was having quite a bit laid down. The total was approximately 1700 ft.² plus. I also had a very good feeling about him, his professionalism his patience and his kindness. I would also have to mention his Crew. I was very intrigued by what went into this job, I had no clue how much work it really was. They killed the grass one day, came back another day removed all that dead grass, waited for the dirt to dry because we had so much rain in Chandler the past two months so mine took a little bit longer than anticipated, but I was happy to wait I didn’t want to have any mold problems. The day of the install they showed up at 7:30 sharp and worked a 12 hour day. They never stopped, only for a fast lunch, there was a crew of six men, with one supervisor. His name was Fernando. He was also very kind and patient with me, as he answered all my questions during the job. The end result was pure perfection. They also laid down some pavers for me, put in some gravel where needed around my oleanders and put decorative tiles around my huge rubber tree. It looks stunning. So far I have two neighbors wanting Kile to give them estimates since they’ve seen mine. I am done with gardeners, water, and having them come in every Saturday for 10 minutes worth of work and I had to pay them. I am so pleased and thrilled with this outcome I encourage you to please call Apex save yourself some time and anxiety. Many thanks to Kyle and his crew for doing such a beautiful job in my backyard.
