- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have competitive pricing and will also price match upon verification inorder to satisify my client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome their input and encourage them to walk their property with me pointing out any improvements, renovations, updates or any deferred maintenance items. I want to be as thorough as possible to deliver a credible report.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and have taken many CE courses to stay competent in my field.
