FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount on labor to new clients. 10% discount is provided to veterans, seniors, and students. Service call fee is $75 (is waved if client hire company to fix the appliance)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we gather information about the client's issue (what's troubling them: noise, leaking, overheating, broken ice maker, food not cooling, etc.). We also kindly request photos and the serial/model number if possible. This allows our technician to arrive fully prepared for the service call. Next, the technician performs a diagnosis to identify the problem and determine which parts are malfunctioning. Then, the client gives consent for the repair to proceed. In most cases, the issue can be fixed on-site as our technician carries a wide range of spare parts. If the necessary parts are not available, our company will order them, and the technician will return for a second visit. This process usually takes 1-7 days.
