- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are completely FREE for our customers, except for rare occasions when the customers want us to get more involved than just planning and booking their vacation - sometimes we even help expedite passports, or even help process travel insurance claims for clients that need that extra attention. We give loyalty discounts and also referral credits to our repeat customers who come back to us and spread the word!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always get to know you on a level that we can communicate in a detailed, thoughtful way about your needs and desires for vacationing. We don't believe in just booking trips for you; we are here to be your brokers, partners, and travel advisors before, during and after your trip!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by all major travel industry accreditation boards, namely IATA, ARC, and CCRA. Our team collectively has been to over 50 countries worldwide, and we have technology backgrounds from our corporate careers that give us a leg up on some of our peers in terms of efficiently being able to maximize your savings and find the best pricing, quickly.
