I had a wonderful experience with Tim. He was very professional and patient while walking me through my system and what needs to be done. He provided me with his opinion on what could be improved but was done in a professional way and left for me to decide on the final outcome without any sales pitch. Really appreciate his help fixing my system.

Emerald and their rep Tim were wonderful to work with. Responsive and dispatched quickly, Tim’s workmanship and commitment to get every single one of my system’s problems corrected before calling it done was impressive and greatly appreciated. He was friendly and professional, and much more detailed and consultative than other irrigation firms I’ve used in the past. Tim came and set up my sprinklers and showed me how to set the controller box. Now my sprinklers come on at the right time and covering the yard better. They scheduled me right away and were very professional. I will call them again next time!

Call for an estimate over the phone. We offer discounts for seniors and veterans!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to chat through your repair or project over the phone before coming out to your home. If we need to come out to see the scope of repairs we will provide an estimate at no charge!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are experienced and certified. We had an irrigation company in Indiana for many years before moving to Arizona. Rest assured, your irrigation system is in good hands with Emerald Irrigation!
