I don’t like leaving negative reviews but when someone has terrible customer service from the very beginning, I can’t imagine how the rest of the project would go. These are just basic introduction questions.

All of that should equate to great customer service. Unfortunately because you were not happy with the Peoria's rear setback for your property and wanted a free site visit - you gave a 1 star review. ResDraft completed over 75 projects all across The Valley last year, the only way to do that is to be professional and have great customer service. Keep away from this person,very rude and respond like a cretinous,looks like he likes the customers than do not make any questions about his products and services.As soon as I start doing some question,just to be sure that I was buying the right plan and service then he start been so rude,probably he likes the money but his not offering a good customer service. Very unprofessional person

We have all positive reviews and your account has already been flagged with Thumbtack Support. We took time and answered over 7 questions from you regarding our stock plans. You complained about the structural engineering cost, then asked if the structural engineering cost included a septic design (strange since you stated you were going to build the house yourself, if that were true you should know that structural engineering and septic designs are not the same). Lastly you wanted ResDraft to talk with your contractors along the way, all for the same discounted stock plan pricing.
