Our team of architectural drafters follow the International Residential Code/International Building Code, Florida Building Code and all City specific codes for your area. We provide quality drafting in a timely manor, with a goal of getting permits approved with the first submission. Our pricing is based per sq ft - with a min fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All customers will receive their preliminary floor plan & elevations within 12-15 business days after payment has been received.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architectural design training, Autodesk, Revit, Chief Architect along with basic drafting standards.
