What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge a fee for planning and booking a trip, the supplier I use pays me a commission. Using a travel advisor can save you time, I have access to special pricing, incentives or upgrades which I pass along to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a brief chat to find out exactly what you are looking for and then I send some options for review. Anything can be changed and you do not hurt my feelings if you don't like something.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed various provider supplier training modules but life travel is the best training
