After many years with the same pool service, I chose to make a change for a number of reasons. So far I am very impressed with North Valley Services. My pool looks amazing and within a couple of visits, Jordan found several small issues wrong that he immediately took care of. He has been extremely responsive and I couldn’t be happier.

Reached out to Jays poolscape late in the evening because we have a VRBO guest check in around 4pm and complained the pool was dirty. Granted it was from the Monsoon weather we wanted it cleaned so they could enjoy the pool. Jay listened attentively to our concerns and was out that same night to service our pool. Our guests were able to enjoy the pool the following morning. He definitely saved the day! Thank you Jays Poolscape!
