- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to provide a fair and economical price with high quality labor. I add as much detail in my proposals so the customer is well informed and understands as much as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will speak via phone or email and I will gather as much information as possible to prepare me for the inspection. I also aim to build a good relationship with the customer so throughout the job there is a clear line of communication. Once the inspection and proposal is complete we look for an ideal time to begin the job. Proposals are prepared and presented same day (no later then next day) via email or in person depending on customers preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
D&M Roofing has been in business for over 8 years now, always staying up with current industry standards, vendors/suppliers and other means of improving the business as well as the experience for the customer.
