- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of each project. For smaller jobs, there is a minimum service fee $220, and for larger projects, detailed estimates are provided upfront. As a general contractor, I coordinate and manage all aspects of the job, including trusted subcontractors when needed. My focus is on delivering quality work that lasts, with clear and transparent pricing from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget. From there, I assess the project and provide recommendations along with a detailed estimate. Once approved, I handle scheduling, coordination, and oversight of the entire project — working with a trusted network of subcontractors when needed — while keeping communication clear throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from over 24 years in the construction industry, starting with a stucco company that is still active today. That background gave me a strong foundation in structural work, exterior systems, and long-term durability, which I now apply across all types of residential construction and remodeling projects.
