Derreck was great! I reached out to him because Parker and Sons told me they didn't work on mini splits they didn't install. For the work scope, Derreck cleaned out the roller fans in all four of my interior units as well as daignosed a bad motor in one of them. After we got a new replacement motor, he replaced the bad motor. With the new motor in, the unit it was back to being quiet and clean. Seeing his workmanship, I then asked him to shorten some of my stock length refrigerant and communication lines on my largest condenser. Needless to say, he knocked it out the following day without issue. Highly recommend him for your A/C work.
