John came to me home ro fix my washer. He figured out there was a broken shock absorber on the eadh machine. He replaced all 4 shock absirvers. I did a test load and it was nice and quiet and didn't start walking when it spun. Thanks John

This guy just kept on even after learning I’m a veteran and teacher. I’d hate to think this guy talks to all his customers like that. Here’s a scenario: calling for reservations. “I’d like to make dinner reservations at your restaurant.” “When?” “Tomorrow evening?” “4:30?” “I can be there by just after 4:30 depending on traffic. (Haha).” Certain a few minutes wouldn’t be cause for anything. LOL If he talks to men like that, I’d hate to see how he talks to women...

He came late. Troubleshoot and said he found the problem. Recommended to change the water pressure sensor. I did and everything still same. Texted him next day. Was told it would be control board which would cost nearly as much as buying a new machine. Ended up buying a new machine.

Sorry you feel that I did not help you out with this issue, you contacted me a over a week ago then claimed you fixed it on your own and canceled the appointment. then contacted me a few days later for a second appointment and I was able to fit you in but was running late. when diagnosing machine, the pressure switch reset fixed the issue for a few minutes and you decided you wanted to buy replacement Amazon where I do not buy replacement parts from and decided to do repair on your own. so, thank you for a 3-star review on a repair you did yourself.
