Responded quickly to my initial request. Gave me a day and window of time that he could do the job. Upon arrival, he went right to work. What should have been a relatively simple job had some complications along the way, but he made the whole thing look simple. No wasted time at all. The price for the whole thing was very reasonable for me. Overall, extremely satisfied. On my short list of people to work with in the future. By the way, the job was installation of an otr microwave oven.
