I found this spa site on yelp and it was the only one that had times available for when I wanted it. Heather responded fast and she was very professional and she even made accommodations to get someone so that my friend and I could get our facials done together m. I came in for my birthday and it was the best way to start my day. She was even as excited as I was for my birthday. My skin looked amazing that day and the rest of the weekend. She gave me the option to explain what she was putting on my face or keep it silent. I like to know things so walked me through it and we had a great conversation in between. Ive been loving my skin since, I cant wait for my next treatment. Thank you Heather for making me feel so beautiful on my special day

Heather is simply amazing. Her kindness and attention to detail is unmatched. Shes great at asking questions to fully understand her clients needs. She was super sensitive to my concerns with my rosacea and chose products based on my sensitivity to many products. She goes above and beyond for every interaction and caters her plan to each person. Hands down, best facial Ive ever had.
