Was a couple of hours late ( the appointment was for 9 am, but they arrived at 11:15). They communicated in advance, and I told them to take their time. Nbd when I have some notice. That's just how this business works sometimes. Three things I specifically requested were inside windows, for them to move furniture so the floors could be cleaned under and behind (I provided slip pads for ease), and inside of oven cleaned. None of these were done. I also noticed that while the ceiling fans were cleaned very well, the light fixtures were missed. Trash in the laundry was not taken out, and the shower door in my bathroom was not cleaned completely-the track was very clean! I wanted the house to look and feel ready for paying Air B&B guests. This afternoon, I will be finishing up these three requests myself and getting the other things missed. I am still thrilled that is all I need to do because everything else was done nicely. Overall, it was very good work, but with 4 people on the job and two bedrooms removed from the cleanjng list, I am underwhelmed. I asked for a business card before they left but didn't receive one (though she seems happy to run out and grab one for me). I always hire for a deep clean to get an idea of what level of detail a cleaner has and how well they follow instructions before I decide to hire them full-time for twice monthly maintenance cleaning. I have yet to hire a full-time cleaner.

Amazing job! I had a fridge infested with maggots that I had no idea what to do with and she helped me out and cleaned the whole thing it looked brand new! I really appreciated the hard work and attention to detail there was. Definitely recommend
