- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible. Just because the app requires me to put a price does not mean it's going to be that price whether it be more or less is dependent upon the distance traveled and the work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get an overview of what they need done. Then agree upon a price if I can do the job. Then we can arrange a good time and any details I may need to know before entering the home (like must remove shoes, etc). Then upon arriving I would want to go over the details of the job once more to assure I have the right idea for the requirements. After that I'd show the work, and if satisfied set up for payment and leave you with my number or card for anything in the future. That's it. Thanks for reading and I hope you have a wonderful day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical 3yrs. HVAC (Heat and Air conditioning)- 8yrs. I also have experience with appliances, exercise equipment, assembling furniture, and lots more. Also I worked 2 yrs for Aaron's, a rent to own furniture store so not only do I assemble furniture I can move it without damages.
