I worked with Scott to remediate mold in our house we were purchasing. The buying process was tight and Scott worked wonders to not only get the job done quickly, but also effectively- 3rd party testing proving a job well done.This is my #1 recommendation for mold remediation for job well done and great customer service.

I highly recommend these guys. One of our rooms flooded with an inch or two of water around 7 PM they came right out, sucked up the excess water and then came out first thing the next morning and got straight to work. Set fans everywhere drying everything out. It took about a week for everything to dry. But they were with us every step of the way to check on us every couple days or so to see what the moisture level was like and when they called and said they were going to show up they did these guys were awesome. They were even willing to work with the insurance company and help get all that figured out.

Impressive from start to finish, the NWA Best Option Restoration team was incredible to work with! Scott answered my call immediately and came out to assess our water damage within the hour of calling him. Most impressive about Scott is how carefully he listens to his clients and offers helpful options to fit their needs. Just as an example, I have multiple chemical sensitivities so I was concerned about the chemicals that might be used on the job. Scott really listened to me, and he had plenty of suggestions to complete the restoration properly without causing reactions for me while doing so.His boys, who helped with portions of our job, are also knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and reliable.I appreciate that Scott reached out to us daily during the multiple-day job to let us know next steps and ETAs for return visits AND he consistently came at the times he said he would be there! WOW!!!I would give 10 stars to Scott and his boys if I could. I couldn't be happier that I chose their local, family-run company over one of the more popular, larger water restoration companies.Thank you, BOR of NWA!

My family and I are very grateful for this company. Less than a week ago, we came home to find several water-soaked rooms. Jackson with Best Option came by quickly to get things started on cleanup. His stoic demeanor and thorough explanations helped to calm the nerves. My mind went from disaster!!! to its ok, this will be handled. It was much needed that day.
