- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our are extremely competitive when it comes to pricing. We offer military , education employees and DAV discounts. Please let us know at the beginning of this process. Mold thrives in areas with a lot of moisture, especially if it was allowed to stand around for a long time. The mold is in a space that’s larger than 10 square feet. Hiring a professional is likely your best route.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first interaction with our customers is normally a phone call , where we find out exactly what is needed on their behalf and identify the scope of work that will be needed. We then try to obtain pictures of the situation, so we can be prepared. If we need to do an onsite inspection and take samples, we can do that also.
