Lonnie was awesome to work with and provided me with, not only an accurate and thorough assessment of our proposed property's condition, but also some excellent advice regarding how to prioritize the items needing attention. He walked me through all of the defects he found that could have potential impact if left unaddressed. He even had me poke my head into the crawl space and climb into the attic so that I could get a full understanding of the issues there...so much more effective than an explanation alongside pictures. If you want an absolutely honest, unbiased, objective, and thorough assessment of a property you're considering purchasing, Lonnie is the man! And don't be surprised if he asks you if you'd mind getting your hands a little dirty so he can help you really see the things he's finding.
