- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few standard menus that a lot of people order from. For our customized catering options, we price those based on quantity needed as well as other factors like buffet vs plated etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer a quick phone call at the beginning to start the process of knowing what the clients actual needs are. From there if needed, we can schedule consultations that can include small tastings. Once the consultation has happened, we then book the catering job and collect deposit. We remain in contact with our clients regularly so we know if there are changes or addons that need to be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the restaurant industry for the last 25 years. Learning everything from meat cutting skills to presentation to management of said restaurants. Everything in my professional career is devoted to adding food knowledge to my head.
