- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices reflect the quality of service you will receive working with our agency. This service includes a dedicated assistant, a backup assistant (at no additional cost), and a client portal for effective communication. We offer a discount on your subscription if you choose us to be your Quickbooks bookkeeper.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you initiate interest, we will set up a discovery call with the owner of the agency. Once your needs have been discussed and package selected, you will be matched with an assistant. Once you have been matched, you will sign the Independent Contractor agreement, pay your invoice, schedule a kick-off call with your assistant, and receive access to your client portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to opening my agency, I worked as the Executive Assistant and Licensed Agent in the insurance industry for six years. I have also volunteered to do administrative work for church and did all the graphic design for a youth ministry that my husband and I led. These experiences gave me the tools I needed to start a service offering an array of administrative services. I now have a team of assistants with an array of skills.
