- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All hourly rates have a 3 hour minimum on weekdays and 4 hour minimum on weekends. There is a minimum $95 to any service call. Same/Next Day Booking fees may apply. Every schedule has a 2 hour window for pro arrival. All quotes are based on minimum insurance requirements. Additional insurance must be requested durning consultation. Assembly includes 1.5 hours of labor. Additional time subject to hourly rate. Must have 5+ items for multi- item furniture assembly discount. The discount is 15%- 20 % of original price. Hourly Rates are not prorated and rescheduling fees applies for schedule change made 24 hrs after original booking. Any bookings made between Friday at noon and Sunday are considered weekend bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information as possible. I answer any questions that the customer may have and ensure everything is clear and understood prior to confirming a booking. Once everything is understood I then gather information for invoicing and email it to the customer. The day prior to the booking I will call the customer to confirm the appointment. The driver will contact the customer as well the day of the appointment when they are at at least 30 minutes away.
