- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge extra for parts, I only charge labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what the issue for the call is, asking questions about the work we will do/ repair, and making sure to explain as much as I can so the client knows what’s going on with work flow as well
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has worked been a landscaper since we came to Arkansas 12 years ago, when I’d have spare time I was helping him work and I came to enjoy working with water. I’ve tried to learn all I can from him and the professionals around the area.
