FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple and reasonable. It is always necessary to speak with a prospective client about their case before truly being able to estimate cost to accomplish their goals. So, please do not take my quotes on Thumbtack as firm. I need to talk to you about your case first and that, of course, costs you nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with new customers to hear their story and what their concerns are. I then want to hear their goals, what they wish to accomplish, to determine if I am legally capable of accomplishing their goals. If I take the case, I like to remain in constant contact as I work on their case. The new client will have my email and cell number. If surveillance is involved, I make sure to email the day's pictures and information immediately upon returning to my office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in law enforcement since 1992. I was an investigator in the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command where I received training on surveillance, photography, evidence, chain of custody, crime scene processing, interviews and interrogations, fingerprinting, etc. Since then, I have been a deputy sheriff and a federal police officer where I attended more classes on investigation and gained experience on the streets and in the courtroom.
