Hi! Im Dave and I started RockCity Home Renovations to help you with whatever repair or project you have in mind. Whether you are needing major Home repairs or just a little help around the house I'm your guy! I have worked in Residential and Commercial construction for over 20 yrs in Little Rock and I want to work for you. I take great pride in my work and my work ethics and I hope to show you that. I believe in great communication with my customer's and with that I will give you great quality work. I've lived in LR my entire life, raised my children here, and all of my friends and family are here. I have worked on countless homes and business' in and around Little Rock and I truly hope that I get to work with you. My Best to you guys in everyway and I look forward to hearing from you all! Dave's 44 5-star ratings made me comfortable enough to hire him for a big job: creating a dressing room/laundry/ closet out of an extra bedroom. He knocked it out of the park. It looks like a photo from House Beautiful. He also created a magnificent pantry in the old laundry closet space off the kitchen. Huge job, huge risk, big success. Attributes: doesn't waste a minute, a self-starter, articulate and unfailingly pleasant, uses high grade materials to ensure a better outcome, higher standards than the homeowner, diplomatic when you suggest an idea that is terrible and gently leads you back to reality..... I could go on. I've already booked him for my privacy fence. He's a find. I feel so lucky to have stumbled over his info on Thumbtack.

Dave arrived at my home during the agreed upon window. He was very respectful, and worked efficiently and quickly to assemble my beds. He was very respectful of my home and my pet cat who continuously followed his every move. He removed all of the trash that was produced from assembling my furniture. I'll use him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $70 an hour for small projects with a 2 hour minimum but large projects are usually priced by the job rather than an hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After proper introductions I begin by asking what kind of project they have in mind. Then I will inquire on specifics (i.e. time frame, material purchases, etc...) Once the job is started we will both be on the same page and I will give them the quality of work they are wanting!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the best training for home construction/Renovating...On The Job Training. I have worked in this field for over 20 years and I have worked with and learned from some greatly skilled people.
