- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and unique so it's priced accordingly. For jobs requiring 10% deposits, those deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first and foremost concern is to get an idea of what my customer is looking for and then to make sure it can be done. Im not here to waste my customers time and money so i want to get the picture right in my head, the first time..
