The garage door spring broke on Saturday morning. I reached out to Edgar through Thumbtack, and he promptly called me and went over the scope of work in detail and gave me a price. He came out within 2 hours and fixed the springs and recommended the cables also needed to be replaced and showed me why. While he was there, he went over regular maintenance with me. Overall a great painless experience with a respectful young man.
