I had covered a register in the floor, and it had rotted over time from condensation. I called Mr. Kirby, and he came the next day to see the damage. Then he came back early the next morning and within a couple of hours, the area looked like NEW. He was very kind, on time and efficient. And his charge was certainly comparable for the work he did. An honest plumber, he was!
