FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Jobs are set price jobs including parts and materials needed. We have awesome upfront and transparent pricing and invoicing so you will know exactly what you will be having done, the warranty period, The good, the bad, and sometimes the ugly truth. We can perform a whole home evaluation at no additional cost to help you determine what may need immediate attention and what you may have some time on to be prepared for upcoming expenses down the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically exchange a phone call or text messages of the concerns that the homeowner has and depending on the situation, we may ask for some photos of the trouble areas to help determine causes, possible fixes, or be able to be better prepared for the service call beforehand. We will arrive on site and make an informed diagnosis and provide a quote for repairing or clearing a drain based on all current symptoms. We will agree on a price and then work will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of experience in the plumbing industry. I've worked many residential and commercial applications and have a very strong working knowledge of drainage systems and possible causes for trouble or failures.
