THIS COMPANY SAVED MY LIFE SAVINGS AND MY BABIES HEARTS FROM GETTING BROKE!! We were looking at a house in Fayetteville for my 2 daughters first home. When the instructions came back that I had to get an inspection report from a professional. I called around and found that Home Services charged a fee and I thought to myself this is crazy. But, its like the lady said, it is an investment and its not to be taken lightly. After I got the inspection report and saw that it was going to cost me $68,000 to fix what the realtor called floating floors and the inspector showed me the pictures of what was underneath the home. He also did drawing with elevations, and made detailed report of the findings and recommendations. That was $550 well spent to save on a $150,00 mistake!!! Thank you Home Services Foundation Repair!! I will definitely use you all again!!

Pretty extensive repairs were needed for this job. Complete and professional work by Mr. Bradshaw and his crew. Alicia and the office staff were extremely helpful as well.

I had noticed that a large portion of my 3500 share foot house had soft floors and the wife's China cabinet would sing when walking through the kitchen. I starting calling everyone I could find to come take a look. A few came out with different recommendations. The encapsulation group wanted to sister my joist and encapsulate. Freds Home Services inspectors came out and gave me the bad news and showed me how bad the wood was under the house. The joist, main beams, and the plywood were rotten with mold and fungus. Freds crew cut out and replaced the entire flooring system. It is like having a brand new house. VERY NERVE-WRACKING but quality work in a shorter time than I thought. Highly recommend. If I would have let other companies piece meal and sister, I would still have rotten flooring. Beware.
