He needs to show up when he says he's going to be there. He said he would be here on Friday and didn't show up, not on Saturday or Sunday either. Finally showed up the following Friday and did half of the tree, which he did a professional job of. He said he would be back on Sunday and didn't show up again until I was out of town the next week. He said he would cut the tree up into firewood for free due to the inconvenience but never came back since my husband had me pay him.
