- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable Rates: $1.30 per minute (90 day min. for services) First and last month due upon signing up for service. (100 minute minimum.) Our rates start at $1.30 per minute, accrued in 20-second increments. This flexible pricing ensures you only pay for the time you use, making our 24/7 answering service both cost-effective and efficient.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to begin as quickly as possible, here is the account information needed: • Company name, mailing/physical Addresses, office phone numbers, email address for invoices to be sent • How you’d like us to answer your calls: • Any information you want us to gather (default is who the call is for, caller’s name, caller’s number, and caller’s message): • Account Contacts (who or what we send messages to) AFS will bill per minute for the first 90 days. For example, if you only use 100 minutes this first month we would charge 100 minutes X $1.30. (First and last month due upon signing up for service)
