FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**All pressure washing jobs carry a $250 minimum** Prices include all taxes and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) When a new customer requests a quote I'll have them send me their address and which services they're interested in. 2) Once I have that information I lookup the customer's property online. Using a combination of street view and satellite imagery, I take a few quick measurements. I then generate a quote and send it to 3) Once the customer accepts the quote I will schedule them on a day and time that works for us both. I usually arrive at 9:30am. I ************************ the day before the appointment. I also ******************************, when I've started work, as well as when I've completed the job. 4) I then ************************** which will allow the customer to pay online if they wish. Many people also pay using cash, check, or *****.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've invested thousands in both online and in person training. I also regularly consume books, podcasts, blogs, and Youtube videos to stay current on best practices for cleaning all surfaces.
