- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices include all taxes and fees. Introducing our Referral Program! Refer your friends and earn money: receive 10% of whatever they spend. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) When a new customer requests a quote I'll have them send me their address, phone number, and which services they're interested in. 2) Once I have that information I lookup the customer's property online. Using a combination of street view and satellite imagery, I take a few quick measurements. I then generate a quote and text it to the client. 3) Once the customer accepts the quote I will schedule them on a day and time that works for us both. I usually arrive at 8:30am. I send out a reminder text the day before the appointment. I also send texts when I'm on the way, when I've started work, as well as when I've completed the job. 4) I then text a link to the invoice which will allow the customer to pay online if they wish. Many people also pay using cash, check, or Venmo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've invested thousands in both online and in person training. I also regularly consume books, podcasts, blogs, and Youtube videos to stay current on best practices for cleaning all surfaces.
