- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on insurance-based software that is updated monthly by zip code and used throughout the industry. Discounts are given to non-insurance customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made with customer, I schedule an inspection as soon as possible. Inspections are always free, and an estimate is delivered within 72 hours. Upon agreement of said estimate, we will schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the following certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification: -Applied Microbial Remediation -Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration -Odor Control -Water Damage Restoration I hold the following certifications with the Restoration Sciences Academy- -Trauma Scene Cleanup
