- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only accept payment if we have had a great workout. Sometimes things come up (family, work, health issues)... If something unexpected comes up then I do not charge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first 3 times we meet are "for fun". I do not discuss payment during this period. It takes a minimum of 3 sessions to get to know a new client and for them to feel comfortable with me. If we decide to continue then we can discuss payment options. Regardless, the first 3 sessions are just for fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
