FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Watchmen Home Inspections, we like to send two inspectors to each home inspection to be as thorough as possible. In spite of this, our pricing matches up well with our competitors. Our pricing is based on a few factors. We will give you a quote after receiving the year the home was built, the square footage of the home, the street address, and whether the foundation is a slab, crawlspace, or basement that is not included in the square footage of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As home inspectors, we work mainly with new customers. Our goal is to be honest and thorough during the entire customer interaction. We are upfront with our pricing, we explain each next step to be taken, and gladly field any questions or concerns that might arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Arkansas requires home inspectors to take in-person classes, pass an ethics exam, and pass the National Home Inspector Examination to obtain a license. We currently have three licensed home inspectors and one in training. Each of us also have various home improvement and construction experience which translates directly into inspecting homes.
