- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to always make my pricing as budget friendly as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always establish good line of communication. I want to make sure I fully understand what the project entails, and how the client wants it to be by finding pictures online or drawings. Then we execute the project as fast, clean, and safe as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been interested to learn carpentry. I worked at The Home Depot working in customer service for a few years, which taught me a great deal. Learning from customers, or the people that worked there were often in a trade themselves. As well, needing to know information for customers, you had to be knowledgeable in all fields. I worked independently for a few years, then the last 5 years I have worked professionally; framing, remodeling, demo, building or repairing decks and fences, and flooring installs.
