The pricing presented to the customer is based on the information provided during our conversation regarding their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once onsite I meet with the new customer and discuss their needs as I want to fully understand what their end goal is. Once we have discussed their wants I will go over with them the options, any obstacles there may be, and the best way to accomplish the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 15 years working with all low voltage in both residential and commercial environments. We handle everything from new cabling instillation, break fix, device installation (tv, surround sound, home office...)
