- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost of all my work is flat rate pricing. I take one-half of my fee when I start and the other half when I complete the project except for Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings. I take all of my fee in advance for preparation of those documents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting a new customer either by e-mail, phone or text (whichever they prefer) to determine exactly what they want and I provide a price quote. If the price is acceptable, I send a questionnaire for them to provide me with the information I will need to prepare their documents. Once paid my retainer, after researching the appropriate state's requirements, I prepare all the documents necessary based upon the information provided by the customer. Upon completion of documents, and payment of the balance of my fee, all original are forwarded to the client with appropriate instructions.
