Ian is the kind of young man who puts each of his customers first. I like that attribute. He is honest and trustworthy; and someone I consider a true confidant. Given the demographics I suspect of most of his customers, he is a true old soul. I find that characteristic very comforting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. 15 Minute phone call to understand your concerns and determine if we can help. If we won't be a good fit, we'll introduce you to an advisor that would be a better fit - free. 2. Get Organized Visit (virtual or in our office in Bentonville) Using our Data Gathering Checklist we'll help you get your financial life organized and discuss the questions and concerns you have. We'll determine 1 - 3 areas to focus on right away. 3. After our careful Analysis of the relevant data, we'll make recommendations about what steps to take next, and what the predicted outcomes will be. 4. Ongoing monitoring and review to maintain positive course. 5. Relax, you're in good hands.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) with broad expertise across investments, insurance, estate planning, taxes, college planning, retirement planning, Real Estate, etc. We have a focus on charitable planning. We help our clients to avoid overpaying the IRS and not taking unnecessary risk in the markets. I have been quoted in a number of publications, consult other planners across the country on advanced planning strategies.
