We recently contracted with Blaugh plumbing to install a natural gas line to our kitchen. Within two days from the initial call, they came on site, answered all questions, explained what they would do and then sent a quote that was very fair. They worked with us on scheduling the job at a time that worked with our schedules. They showed up on time after calling ahead. They accomplished what they said they would do, did it in a timely basis, cleaned up after themselves and charged what they said they would charge. They were professional and delivered a quality product. We are pleased with them and will call again the next time we need a plumber.

Chris performed all the plumbing for our extensive kitchen remodel, a hot water recirculating pump for a remote bathroom and finally a gas hot water tank replacement. It was beneficial for Chris to move to NW Arkansas but I miss him. He still confers with me remotely when I have questions. Chris is technically oriented and creates structure in his work. Look at what I call the water wall in my mechanical room. Chris created this from a blank slate. Ive also found his work product to be easily maintainable. He is able to approach problems on the basis of facts and logic to create solid solutions. He tends to make the most practical decisions by being thorough and researching ideas when needed. Chris likes to discover new ways of solving old problems drawing on his extensive experience. The bottom line is Chris is competent in working out a problem and getting a job done right; I trust him.

My sister recommended this company since she used to work directly with the owner. I was able to reach out (via text) for a leaking bathtub issue. It was a complicated issue that he was able to diagnose for us within 45 minutes. Although it was not something he could fix directly, the fact that he went out of his way for us and made it easier for another repair company to come out and fix the issue speaks volumes. We will be using Baugh Plumbing moving forward and will recommend him to all of our friends and family!!!!!!!!!!!
