- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A Realtors fees are generally negotiable. Realtors get paid a commission. The commission for the Buyers agent and the Sellers agent usually comes from the Sellers side of the transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the first steps are to ask a lot of questions! We will discuss your wants and needs, budget and timeframe. It is also at this point that I would suggest, if you haven't been prequalified, to speak to a lender.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Realtors are required to have ongoing education. Every year we have education requirements. I have recently received the At Home With Diversity certification.
